Return & Exchange Policy

At Phoenix Music Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including being in the original packaging.

Certain products are not eligible for returns. These include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing time can vary.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

To initiate a exhange, please contact us at contact@phoenixmusicgroupinc.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return label.

When returning the item(s), use the original packaging (if possible) and include the completed return form. Ship the package to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first before being given to you, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

Policy Overview

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Shipping fees are not covered for returns unless the merchandise is damaged or incorrectly shipped.
  • Clothing that has been washed or worn is not eligible for return.
  • Music, media, and accessories must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received.
